Poor Customer Support by Go Daddy

After so many days of  thinking which Domain and Web Hosting provider is better to purchase. Yesterday I purchased one (1) Domain for 1 Year and one (1) Web Hosting Account from Go Daddy for 3 months. The purposed for Domain is for self Web Hosting with Blogger, and the Web Hosting Account is for Wordpress.

This is for myself web hosting for my Blogger Account, I successfully add this custom domain by following tutorials and Blogger instruction. Upon setting up all necessary codes to Go Daddy Control Panel, everything working well, I verified my account to Google Webmaster Tools and Bing Webmaster Tools. Even in Google Analytics is successfully verified, thank's to online tutorials and Blog Spot accurate help.

First Method I Use for Wordpress Installing
This has been my problem since yesterday, I purchase Web Hosting to Go Daddy, for relevant reasons, One Click Auto Install for Wordpress, in short easy set up. I thought after the payment everything is going to be fine but, all is going to stumble, first they send links! All broken links, so I decided to do it myself. Installation is OK! It's not working, I cannot log in to my Wordpress Admin Account. Okay! I Uninstall then I go to support and tutorials to find another method.

The second method is the Go Daddy Auto Installation, I follow all the instruction as per tutorials and videos I've watched, fill up all necessary fields with accurate user name, password, database name, email, administrator name unfortunately, still the same cannot log in to my WP Admin account. Again and again with the same process and method, so many emails from Go Daddy that WP already installs but in the reality is not working properly. I was very upset, I cannot transfer my Wordpress blog new this new Web Hosting account, I don't even refund the money because it's a promo when I purchased this Webhosting domain. I send so many emails to support team their is "We've received your question. You can expect a response within 24 hours" this is not good for new blogger like me.


Existing Problem
I might say that "Service Support of Go Daddy is Poor for their customer", after sending emails and images of possible problem. They are the service provider, in my own opinion upon seeing this images they should figure out what is the problem or send trouble shooting guide/tutorials. So that customer will be satisfy, the profit of good service is for the next time hesitation is not there, if the customer should renew their expiring domain or purchase againg. Go Daddy should consider prompt action is best for this kind of business, bloggers cannot wait to see that the Website they purchase is going to be live.


On the other hand I made a mistake either, I should made more deep research and reading more reviews about the product, I admit I am not knowlegeable in HTML or whatever, thay's why I go to this Web Hosting provider. What happen is charge to my experience and the situation telling me that I should learn more HTML, CSS, MySQL etc....
